Welcome, and thank you for your interest in booking a massage therapy appointment. **If it has been more than one year since your last visit, please email me so I can reactivate your account and confirm availability.**
Booking Your Appointment
My schedule is open 3 months in advance, and can fill up quickly. You can select your desired treatment type below and browse available times. If you are struggling to find a time that works for you try these tips:
- Email me to be notified about last minute availabilities/be added to my cancellation list.
- Select a shorter treatment length, there are generally more of these available.
- Check back regularly.
Pre-Appointment Reminders
If you are a new client you will receive a Health History form via email. Please complete this form prior to your initial appointment. As per the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, health history forms need to be completed annually after your first appointment.
You will also recieve a reminder email a couple of days before your appointment. If this time no longer works for you, please notify me/cancel as soon as possible (you will recieve confirmation that I have received your cancellation).
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please contact me by email at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged the full treatment fee. Unexpected circumstances such as illness or severe weather will be taken into consideration.
Payments can be made via e-transfer or credit card; if arrangements for payment are not made future appointments may be removed from the booking system.
Late Arrivals
Appointments are scheduled carefully to respect everyone’s time. If you arrive late, your treatment will still end at the originally scheduled time and the full fee will apply. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a missed appointment and charged accordingly.
Pricing/Payments
30 minutes - $68 45 minutes - $87 60 minutes - $109
All prices include HST, and payment is due at the time of your treatment. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, or email transfers. After payment is recieved you will be emailed an electronic receipt for your extended healthcare benefits. I do not offer direct billing to insurance companies or accept MVA/WSIB claims.
Wellness Policy
Masks are not required but you are welcome to wear one if you prefer. If you have any concerns or would prefer that I wear a mask during your treatment, I am happy to discuss this with you.
If you have any cold/flu-like symptoms please email me to rebook. If someone in your household is unwell, please consider wearing mask during your treatment.
